19 weeks & gender reveal….

First of all yes I did skip week 18 and if I am honest these pictures were taken at the end of week 19 but my bump really didn’t grow so much between week 17 and 18. I am desperately holding on to any vintage items I can still squeeze into, squeeze being the operative word. I think it is safe to say at this point that my breasts are becoming a problem. So many of my clothes that can accommodate my bump no longer cover my top half. I managed to combat this issues with this particular dress was to leave the buttons open and wear a vest top underneath to cover up.
I am saying bump but let me explain my smug happy face in the image above – I am carrying a boy! I am very excited, I would have been happy with either blue or pink flavour baby as I have waited do long for a healthy pregnancy. I have a feeling that this boy may be a super hero, you never know and it is never too soon to start maternal pride in imaginary achievements!
You may also notice that I am wearing heels. I have decided to make the most of the time I have without swollen ankles. I have also read that many women become more clumsy in their third trimester, I am the sort of person who can fall over whilst standing still on a flat surface so these may be my last few glory days of heels.
