Some days I just want to make something simple and cheat my little heart out and this is one of those recipes that even someone who burns a pan of water can create with no mishaps and impress everyone.
you will need;
250g soft cheese something like Philadelphia
salt & pepper
- Halve your ripe avocados and scoop out the flesh.
- Whizz the avocado flesh, salt an pepper in a food processor
- Stir into your soft cheese. If you would like the dip to be looser add a little lemon juice to it and mix well.
There done hardly any time at all which leaves you free to read a book, sit in the sunshine, sip iced tea and of course eat your dip.
