Hair Smoothie

I am a lady who loves a challenge and here I am attempting to grow my hair longer than it has been before whilst battling with postpartum hair loss. When you are growing your hair it is important to take great care of it, all of those long lengths of hair are lengths of dead hair so you need nourish them. I am taking care not to heat style my hair too often but I wanted to restore my former shine I also wanted to do it in a natural way.
you will need;
1 banana
3tbsp natural yogurt
2tbsp honey
1/2 avocado
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender until it is a paste.
  2. Towel dry your hair after shampooing and coat with the smoothie, roots and ends.
  3. Pile your hair on top of your head and cover with a shower cap or a towel and wait for at least an hour. Relax, watch a movie and then go and rinse.

Your hair will smell delicious!

    Yes, Its works. I usually use 1 cup of natural yogurt with 3 tbs lemon Juice, keep it for one hour then rinse, It gives me shiny healthy haiir with perfect soft feeling.
